Our Family
We’re Tom and George Harrison — a proud West Aussie and a Cornish lass who crossed paths on a snowy ski season in France, back in 2009. That fateful meeting led us all the way to the beautiful South West of Western Australia, where we’ve called home since 2012.
In 2014, George began her journey into viticulture and regenerative farming, driven by a deep respect for the land and a desire to work outside. Tom, an electrician by trade, has always brought the hands-on know-how and energy to make big ideas happen.
In 2022, we took a leap and purchased this boutique vineyard in Jindong — a small but passionate venture to bring our dream to life. Every bottle that comes from here tells a story of place, purpose, and a whole lot of love.
We’ve recently expanded the family to include our newest little team member, Gene. At just four months old, he’d already held his own bucket at a hand-pick and helped* Mum and Dad press off wine. He’s jumped straight into vineyard life — tiny boots and all.
And then there’s Nancy — our trusty dog and self-appointed farm hand. She tries her hardest to be a real farm dog, but let's just say she gets it wrong about half the time, especially when it comes to moving sheep.
We’re so glad you’ve found us and can’t wait to share a glass with you.
Our Vineyard
We are on 2.6 Ha of land, of which 2 Ha is vineyard. The vineyard was planted in 1999 as a large block of Houghton clone Cabernet Sauvignon. It started out as an irrigated vineyard, but the irrigation was scaled back over time and completely removed in 2019. The vines are now “dry-grown”.
When we took over the property in 2022 we decided to convert the Eastern side of spurred Cabernet to cane pruned vines. This has dramatically increased the health of the vines. On the Western side we pulled out 4 unproductive rows near the bush and grafted the rest to Chardonnay, Nebbiolo and Tempranillo.
We are both committed to managing the vineyard regeneratively. No pesticides, herbicides and extremely limited fungicides.

The Cottage
It is our little piece of Kaloorup history and namesake. Originally built in 1924, this charming cottage was once the schoolmaster’s residence for the local school, which stood right next door—now known as the Kaloorup Hall. As one of the original settlers’ cottages in the area, it holds a special place in the story of this region.
Over the past two years, we’ve lovingly restored the home, doing our best to bring it back to its former glory while preserving its character and charm. From original features to carefully chosen details, every corner of the house reflects a deep respect for its past. We are now working on all the landscaping surrounding the cottage, from vegetable gardens to fire pits and entertaining areas.
Whether you're drawn to its history, the peaceful surroundings, or simply the feeling of stepping into a space with soul, we hope you feel at home here—just like generations before.
